Craniosacral Bodywork

This work is a gentle way to release blockages in the movement of fluid and nerve impulses that go between our brains and the entire spinal system. It can be very helpful in relieving headaches, jaw pain, neck pain, sacral (or low-back) pain, and stabilizing the skull and spine after injury. Like some other, more subtle forms of bodywork, it is powerful enough to help correct imbalances in the body's systems, prior to dysfunction or pain fully manifesting.

Hot Stone Massage

This massage is perfect for people who don't care for deep tissue massage, but still want the benefits. The heat penetrating deep into the muscles relieves chronic muscle tension. Warmed stones and oil are placed in certain formations to relax the muscles while other stones are brushed lightly over the muscles. The massage feels like you are in a hot tub.

Sports Massage

This massage is for active people, people with chronic or acute injuries, or athletes preparing for, or winding down from competition. It will help sore muscles recover quicker after strenuous exercise. Sports massage involves deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and stretches of specific muscle groups.

Chair Massage

Relax in our massage chair, fully clothed, while muscle tension and pain in your neck, shoulders and back are relieved. Sessions are typically shorter on the chair, about 30 minutes. Chair massage is also great for pregnant ladies who can't lie face down.
On-site sessions are available for businesses or gatherings.
